When a visitor is at the main entrance door and calls my apartment via Valet, my cell phone doesn't ring to notify me that I have a visitor. Then I get a "missed call " notification. I have checked my cell phone settings and everything is turned on. I have no problems receiving other phone calls. I am not the only Tennent in this building that is having this problem. How can this be repaired?

Unsuprisingly, doesnt work to open the doors half the time. Reaching out to them was no help. I can't get into the garage or apt half the time so thats great.

This app doesn't work. Guest access does not work. And my guests think I am not home, since I only get missed call from entry system notification.
